Seminar

All students in grades 9-12 take this class every semester; it meets two or three times weekly, alternating with PE.  iMentor (one of BASE's partners) is a part of Seminar in grades 11 and 12 and students meet with iMentor leaders that facilitate college  & career readiness and learn how to build & maintain relationships with their mentors. 10th graders receive one graduation required credit of Health instead of the usual guidance credit (all rising 10th graders who have not received this health credit in the 2023-2024 school year will get this implementation in 2025-2026). Starting in the Fall of 2024, ninth graders will receive leveled literacy intervention courses.
